Is the hotlink the recipe you use? And how many does a person eat? Are they snack sized or more like calzones? Do you ever mix up the ingredients on the inside?

Details about the Beerocks:

Beerocks are like a calzone but have a special filling inside, mostly cabbage and ground beef. I think they are an ethnic german or russian food. The link explains how they are made- oh and they are really called Bierocks, I think. I just like "bee"rocks better.

We make them about the size of a deck of cards... maybe smaller. They can be made bigger...

Also, we have made calzones this very same way. Yummy!
